Our Training Nurse Arrives in Fiji

Our Australian nurse trainer Amutha has arrived in Fiji ready to train the locals!

Amutha arrived at the hospital to met the Doctors and the Nurse unit manager. The seniors at the hospital are grateful for this training and said they waited for this for a long time. The hospital has given us seven nurses to be trained in dialysis. We are able to carry out acute dialysis training only at this stage but plan for chronic dialysis in future.

Subject to the amount of theory Amutha is able to cover, Dr Simione intends to bring in a patient for hands on training for the Nurses and they may treat a patient in ICU this Friday......watch this space for more updates.
